The Kim Rodrigues Foundation currently supports, Wounded Warrior Project, Fisher House of Boston and Tunnel to Towers Foundation. The Foundation's long-term goal is to identify and help Service Men and Women, Veterans, First Responders, and their Families with Financial assistance, Food, Clothing, and Housing, as well as transportation to and from medical appointments.
Supporting our Service Men and Women, Veterans, and First Responders is essential for several reasons:
- Valor and Sacrifice: These brave individuals dedicate their lives to protecting our communities, our nation, and our freedom. They willingly face danger, make sacrifices, and demonstrate unwavering courage.
- Mental Health and Wellness: The toll of service can be immense, leading to physical and emotional challenges. Mental health services are crucial for veterans, active-duty personnel, and first responders.
- Bridge the Divide: Engaging with our military and first responders through hands-on volunteerism bridges the gap between civilians and these heroic men and women.
- Many Veterans struggle for years after their service. Their struggles are financial, emotional, and mental. The Kim Rodrigues Foundation aims to identify and help struggling Veterans and their families with Housing, Food, Transportation, and Healthcare.
